Harry and Meghan....

We could all talk about those two until the cows come home and no one will know 100% what is going on in their heads......but I listened to what these guys said and have to agree when Eamonn Holmes says 'This is the biggest acting role she's ever had'

Like them or loathe them, it's a sad state of affairs.......

I am in camp "loathe them."

Very sad indeed. I hate it when people who were so close are at war. xx

I don't know if I'm totally off base on this one but I often wonder if Harry isn't Charles' biological son. Sure would explain a lot. All the same I don't think that it's a good idea to publicly air their differences as much as they do. Perhaps Meghan's influence on that. Either way, it's a sad situation.

They are victimizing themselves and expect everybody's sympathy. If you want freedom and privacy, you do not go on TV shows, write books and hang your family out to dry and earn tons of money while doing that. I betthe royal family has all sorts of problems just like any other family but, it is what it is.

I think I respect their very difficult choices. We have an idea of what went on, the abuse by paparazzi, the racism, and it must have been horrific. The Firm has a firm hand in keeping them down.
I hope the king will change things up. It's a crazy way to live, with their PR teams doing dirty. I plan on reading Spare, too.

I remember when Markle said to an interviewer words to the effect of "Nobody ever asks how I'm doing, so thanks for asking." All I could think of was the scene from "The Office" years ago, when Angela says this to the camera man (it's a "mock"-umentary, for those who don't know) when he asks her about her cat, Sprinkles. I swear Markle copied that moment.
I didn't know who she was before she married Harry, but I predicted something like this happening. They felt trapped, but they sure seemed to like the trappings. I am tired of their pushing their perceived victimization. Poor little rich couple. They disgust me.

I'll admit I was a real royalist, but so many things I've seen and read have changed my mind. I am/was reading the Palace Papers but am so tired of it that I stopped. It is so long and tiring.
Who knows what goes on behind closed doors?

The whole Harry/Megan ongoing subject is both disgusting and yet fascinating to me. I watch Neil Sean's short daily You Tube videos to get "the latest".
Thanks for visiting my blog :)

Harry looks just like Diana's side of the family. I even saw a picture of Phillip where Harry could be his brother. The guy who is said to be his father did not even know Diana until Harry was born. I have Spare when I even feel like reading.

I like them, I believe them, and I think the English media and royalty do a mad deserve to their people with lies and cover ups. My goodness Charles's brother Andrew is with Epstein and screwingteenagers while married but that's okay, we'll just hush it and make sure the media does the same. They have control of the media. Diana is proof. Remarkable. I think the whole monarchy is crap but then I'm not British so of course, I do. I don't think for a minute Diana died by accident, I don't think Charles is a good man and I really don't care for the horsey woman he married. I just wish H & M would shut up and go live their lives quietly as they requested.

I was happy he'd found his someone. I mean she ticked all the boxes, attractive, had had a life before him, divorced, American.

Then she said she'd never heard of him and was ready to hit the ground running.

I mean the abuse from tabloids Catherine and Camilla had over the years...

Nope, I figured there was something off but couldn't figure out what it was.

I respect what they did -- I would have done the same (in terms of leaving the monarchy). And I respect their telling their story. And, I believe it -- at least from what I've seen from tabloids and media coverage of their relationship before and probably the internal things. But now it's told and they should just live life happily and do good works -- and hopefully, to the degree that it can be done -- repair family relationships. It will take both sides and I'm not sure how flexible the royals can or will be. History certainly isn't on their side. But I think we'd all like to see happy endings.

It certainly is a sad state of affairs. I don't think anyone would have minded if they had gone quietly, but airing your dirty laundry in public is just not what you do, neither is slagging off family.
He clearly has issues and she has been the worm in his ear.
