do you see a man walking around with winter hat, coat and snow boots, wearing shorts..........I just shook my head as believe me; even I thought it was cold!! 🤷
I will say though I spoke to a mail man once and he said, he made a point of wearing shorts into December!!!

Unless you come to the US and observe my letter carrier doing exactly this! Beyond me how he manages.
British Posties - men & women - have a uniform with either long trousers or shorts, and I have noticed a couple of our local guys wear shorts all year round! I saw a female jogger in really brief shorts yesterday,despite the day being cold and wet.
I, on the other hand [other legs?] am wearing jeans, with thermal leggings underneath
Another Canadian here (rural Ontario) and I saw a guy in shorts just the other day! Granted, we are having a "mild" winter thus far. Maybe if the snow was a foot deep, he'd wear pants. -Jenn
I saw a guy in that same get-up this morning! Yep, only in Canada. I know one of the local UPS drivers wears shorts until well into the New Year but he does it as a fund raiser (can't remember for what though).
Correct, only in Canada and I see young girls going into stores wearing tank tops. Brrrrr.
