Do you shop at your local mall?
I plan on going to the mall this morning. I haven't been in ages. What I mean by a mall is where are a number of stores are all under one roof, and you can go from store to store without going outside.
Going to the mall used to be such a big deal but nowadays I think they are a thing of the past. Not sure if it's something to do with age or just the sign of the times; but maybe malls are on their way out?
I do a lot of shopping online, got a couple of parcels this week and honestly it is a heck of a lot easier ordering online than dealing with parking the car and fighting the crowds of people.
I could order online what I want from the mall, but you know what I could do with a few extra steps in, so walking round an air conditioned mall doesn't seem like a bad idea this morning.
Do you go shopping in the mall?

I seldom go to the mall either. I order online or go to Target.lol
I do, but mostly because it's close by.
I have two local malls that I can walk to although one is a bit farther than I care to do. Actually there are three but one is a strip mall and doesn't have any stores I use.
I have never shopped online and don't intend to any time soon. I like to see and try on things before I buy.
One mall has two grocery stores (Metro and Food Basics), two banks, two shoe stores several restaurants, a library, food court and department store. The other has a No Frills, Walmart, bakery, several clothing stores and a furniture store. The one with the food court is always heaving with people; the other, not so much but it is the one I use most. Naturally they both have a Tim Horton's!
I have to buy shoes in person. Just don't trust on-line for that.
I do like the Bay in certain malls. But many times, it's just easier to buy on-line and then return what doesn't work.
Not much anymore as I find them quite overwhelming - too many people and too much stuff!
I live not far from Sherway Gardens so head there maybe twice a year when I have something specific to buy or if my SIL is in town - she usually stays at a hotel out that way and likes to meet for lunch.
I live across the street from a subway stn. and work downtown so I have lots of opportunities to visit - especially the Eaton Centre - but it's not really something that I enjoy anymore. Of course the exception is during the winter when it's easier to shop "indoors". I'm lucky in that most of the shops I use have stand-alone locations but I know that's not always the case. Shopping with friends used to be a social occasion but now most of us are decluttering or looking for something "a bit different".
It depends what I am after. We live within a half hour drive of Pembroke Ontario. There are two malls there, but very few options for shopping there. One mall is almost empty and the other is following! We do buy all of our groceries in town. I'd never think of ordering food online! We have one place to buy fabric, a poor FL. We don't have a yarn shop. My partner orders parts for his business both at a local supplier and online. Sadly, we use online resources due to lack of in our community.
No, don’t shop at the mall. It’s all shoe stores, jewelry stores, women’s clothing, cell phone providers. But we do go to the mall to walk laps before the stores are open.
I live on a small Island so there is no mall, I either shop online or plan a trip to the mainland.
I rarely go into the mall but I do shop at some of the anchor stores that have their own entrances.
We are an hour's drive away from malls! I usually send my husband shopping, anyway!!!
There is no mall here, so I have to go in and out of stores in heat, cold, or rain. The mall is an hour's drive, so, no, I never go there.
Here in Texas the malls are disappearing fast. Not sure why but it is sad. I rarely go to one anymore
