I see this caravan on my walking route. It sleeps two, but can sleep three. One thing though in this photo and the following one makes me shake my head. Can you guess what?
People are decorating for Halloween and a number of people put these fake spider webs on their houses and bushes. Yes it looks nice, but how on earth are they going to get it off those bushes after Halloween? Unfortunately a number of people won't bother removing them and then I think it looks tacky.

My first thought on seeing all that on the tree was the birds might get caught in it.
We didn't celebrate Halloween over here as you probably know for a long time but it's caught on now and we have hoards of kids knocking on doors for sweets.

I like decorated homes and gardens during the holidays but, I always think it is too much work especially taking them down. I put up a few Christmas decorations in my family room although, I have no religious affiliation. I have decided that I rather admire other people's creative decorations for the holidays.
I don't like that spider web stuff either, it does look tacky.
Another pet peeve of mine, leaving decorations up all year, just too lazy to take them down once the holiday is over.
I've seen a similar one here.
I've investigated those tiny little mobile cabins. They are just too small for me.
I have often wondered that as well.
Other than a fake pumpkin and a skull that our oldest made many years ago no other decorations here.
Cute camper though.
God bless.
I have to admit I'm a Hallowe'en scrooge, and only put up decorations around 2pm on the 31st of October. We do carve and light a pumpkin, to let the kids know there are treats to be had at our house, though.
I'm with you, the fake cobwebs look tacky, but what really gives me the pip is the orange, purple and neon green fake cobwebs! And not only do they look tacky, but I'm sure there an environmental hazard and dangerous for wildlife, especially birds, as another commenter has pointed out.

I'm just in from a Sunday drive and we ended up going through Milton, down to Burlington and back through Oakville - lots of houses decorated for Halloween and unfortunately - lots of those webs. I'm afraid that I just find them rather messy looking and they will take a bit of time to clean up. Lots of other great decorations though - there are some very creative people out there!
I don't need fake webs--I've got real spiders covering my outdoor plants with their webs. LOL.
For some reason, I do not care for the webs...probably because people just put them every which way. IF I was going to do some, I think I would at least try to make it look like a web!
That camper sure is cute.
Have to admit I really don't like Halloween. It's a more recent thing in the UK we never had anything like that when I was young.
I haven't seen the web stuff but people here now seem to be spending loads of money on huge horrendous spooks and spiders which I have never seen before this year. They're so gross and tacky. Just hope they do take them down.
