Out for a walk......

Me and Molly went to visit the horses yesterday afternoon.  The farmer has a little pony now, as well as the two Belgians.  Maybe the little one belongs to one of his grandchildren.  Next time I talk to him I'll have to ask.

The Belgians wouldn't come over to the fence to see me and Molly, so this was the best photo I could get.

I did call to see if the farmer was in but he wasn't.  Molly though decided to leave him a gift, she pooped on his lawn {SIGH}  Of course I didn't have a bag with me, so was scratching around looking for some plastic to pick it up and dispose off.  His farm dog was there, it's a boy and he was very interested in Molly, but Molly wasn't overly fussed about him!!

I finally have some flowers in my garden, so Spring MUST be here!!

your flowers are way ahead of what is growing here lol. I have a picture of our rhubarb (on my blog), and it's *just* starting to break through the earth..

that's my sing of spring.. the rhubarb comes up long before any flowers do around here :D

it's nice seeing the grass getting greener, isn't it?

Lots of things are blooming in our neck of the woods...trillium and blue bonnets, creeping phlox, the daffodils and hyacinths are about done...all the trees are turning green...and none too soon for me.

it's always very rewarding to see the first flowers in Spring - the cycle of life begins again ^^

Oh you have snowdrops, lucky you. I miss those, crocuses and daffodils in the spring. Here we're just tropical -- ginger, heliconias etc. Guess it's a trade off, great weather all year round, not too hot, not too cold, versus winter and spring flowers!!
