I made a couple more Soup Bowl pad's for ourselves yesterday. My question for you is do you think they are a useful item and how much would you pay for one or two? They are made with high quality cotton and are washable as well as reversible. Thanks in advance for your thoughts...........
I also decided to finally make a batch of Curried Butternut Squash Soup that I posted about here.
That recipe is a keeper. I changed it slightly as I didn't have enough butternut squash, so I added some carrots to it as well. Well worth making and super easy to make.

Love the pads! they could be useful and I would probably charge 10 dollars a piece, 2 for 15?
Good for you! I am lacking motivation these days, to make soup!
I haven’t made them yet, maybe on the weekend. I’m not sure of a price, never sell things I make and I haven’t seen any at sales yet. I’ll keep my eyes open as the Christmas craft sales are starting.
I think they are beautiful. At the risk of sounding harsh, though, I do think they are useful at all. I serve soup in rimmed soup bowls, set on a plate, which are set on placemats. I would not purchase these. I am, however, always on the hunt for pretty placemats with matching napkins and hot pads!
I would have no idea what to charge but I do think they would be useful and am going to make some for Christmas gifts. Thank you for posting about them.
I have seen these at craft fairs in my community. Smaller ones for a soup bowl for $7 each, slightly larger for a pyrex bowl from $10 to 15. One vendor had soup bowl size at 2 for $12
The 2 for 15 price sounds about right.
I am soup crazy, even in summer. (You know how I love being warm). Your soup looks delicious and the carrots are an inventive idea!
I think Evelyn's price is perfect and those soup bowl pads are terrific! ❤️
I always wrap the bowl in a tea towel when eating soup so I think these are a great winner.
I couldn't guess on price but I would think they should come in pairs.

I have no idea about the price, but I do think that they are genius. Definitely something that people will look at during the fall/let's eat soup season.
I love them. I usually just use a tea towel so they are very flash indeed
I made these in college themed fabrics. Cut squares 11" for all size bowls. Used 100% batting specifically made for this. Charged $10 each and was told they would have paid more. Just saw some in booth for $15 each.
Some ladies near me are charging about 7 or 8 dollars each. I think their great to use. Good luck. Hugs,
I was at a Church flea market/auction last weekend and noticed one of the vendors was selling these. Sorry but I didn't notice her prices.
