was once a staple in many households. A full roast dinner with all the trimmings, where all the family sat down together.
Since moving to Canada it's not something we have done very often, however on Sunday we did sit down to a full roast beef dinner, with roasted potatoes, roasted carrots, Yorkshire pudding, cabbage and gravy. Boy was it good and well worth all the heat it created while cooking, as it was another hot and humid day.
The only thing we had leftover was some cabbage, so no leftovers for today :0( oh well never mind.
