Ha ha! I've seen something like this advertised somewhere. I was told by a hydrotherapist to always raise your feet off the floor when going, so I try to whenever possible. It's certainly a more natural way to do things, isn't it? I can't say any more than that about it, however, but will be interesting to see if anyone can! x

Ah! That has to be a separate purchase? Wouldn't any other thing that is already on hand and which can elevate the feet work? Capitalism!
I had to google that! And yes, I think if needed I could improvise something similar without having to make a poopy purchase! :)
I know something like that is helpful for someone who can't sit down lower to the floor.
