As per the form they sent back with it they have replaced the following:
- Cables - know what they are
- System Board - no idea what that is?
- DT Board: no idea what that is?
If anyone is knowledgeable about computers and would like to tell me what is what I am all ears. I am just grateful they didn't replace the hard drive and lost everything I had on this laptop.
I will tell you what I have been up too in the next couple of posts, while my baby (computer) was away on it's holidays!!

Hopefully you've got it all sorted out promptly.
Glad that they could fix it for you. Harvey lost his last laptop when the screen went. It was a touch screen and to fix it was more expensive than buying him a new one.
