You are one of the very few gardeners that I've met that doesn't like roses!! Our tastes are like a garden..all different.
I love the tipsy pots..I've seen them on other blogs and have not yet done so but perhaps you've inspired me once again!Enjoy watching them sprout!

I got immersed in reading down your blog and almost forgot I was here to comment. :)
I'm a fan of roses but I am not patient enough to care for them.
I think yours are lovely and they remind me of my Grandmas roses many years ago.
Love your header shot!
Take care of your arm and hope it's all well soon.

Hello Gill
That is a rather nice looking rose - I am partial to them and always on the lookout for new ones. If it was in the garden when you arrived I doubt if you would know the name - mind you it probably wouldn't be available here under that name.
Shame you don't like then as it has a very nice old-fashioned look about it.
The tipsy pots I tried to make a few years ago must have has more than a little drinky - they fell over and never regained an upright position at all lol
Take care
Cathy
