Gill, it looks like a Bougainvillea to me. It is a tropical plant, and comes in a variety of pink/orange shades. I has seen it growing in a lot of the Caribbean islands I have visited.
Patricia
I was going to say Bougainvillea too. Great photos Gill and thanks for stopping by.
I also agree with others, it's surely a bougainvillea. It grows well here.
Stunning arrangements!
That put the colors together just right and it makes a beautiful entry spot to the building.
It very well could be. Love all the vibrant colors.
It is bougainvillea for sure we are in Florida and it everywhere here.
Bougainvilles for sure. I have this same color in my garden. Wait a bit and it will be covering the entrance.
Good week, Gill.
Oh, Gill, I'm sorry, I always call you Eden, hehehe.
Yep, methinks bougainvillea too. It's interesting seeing one in a pot, they grow absolutely massive here - over houses, frames and fences.
Well I'm really late coming to the party - however I had the same thought as everyone else - Bougainvillea is its name lol
Comes in a range of colours, beautiful when in flower but watch out for the thorns
Cathy
I am glad others know, cause I sure didn't. It is beautiful!
