Upon her arrival in Redbud, Kate meets Matt Jarreau, the man hired to renovate the house. The last paragraph of the synopsis made me wonder what was going to happen in this book and it isn't until close to the end you discover This book captured my attention from the get go, it was an easy book to get into and it kept my attention right to the very end.
The characters were perfect for one another and even the secondary characters, "the oldies," were fun, especially Beverly the Gran. This is Becky's first novel and it is a good one and an author to watch for in the future.
Stars out of 5 : 5 a great read, that doesn't require a lot of time or a lot of deep thought. A great book to read while on vacation or when you want a few hours for yourself with a good book.
