I wasn't surprised to hear that Robin Gibb had passed as he had been ill for a while. I did want to share with you my favorite song that he sings:
This is my all time favourite Bee Gees song:
I was reading somewhere that their mother is still alive. It must be so hard for her burying three of her sons. No parent should have to bury a child in my opinion.
Do you like the Bee Gee's and do you have a favourite song of theirs?

I do like the Bee Gees, not sure what my favourite song is though. So sad for their mother, as you say.
I like the Bee Gees music. They played a selection on the news when they were discussing Robin's death - it was like listening to the sound of my early teens - such happy memories evoked by their music.
I simply loved the Bee Gees - still do. Perhaps I was one of the few that was not turned on by The Beatles!
His poor Mother, I too like the Bee Gees, the new music out is so raw and nasty these days
Yes, the Bee Gees were amazingly talented songwriters and performers.
I agree with Debby that so much modern music is raw and nasty.

Ahhhh the Bee Gees - their harmonies were simply divine. "how can you mend a broken heart" was one of my favorites.
I always loved this song, but never knew who sang it. Thank you for posting the video. How very sad indeed.
love the Beegees, probably tragedy is my fav
My youthful memories are dying. I am getting old.
Saturday Night Fever defined my generation.
I liked their pre-Saturday Night Fever hits too; my favourite is "Words."
