It's been a while..........

since I have bought a fruit and veg bag which costs $20 a month.  I picked it up yesterday and thought it was good value for money.  What do you think?

The only thing I think we will have trouble using is all those potatoes.
I did have leftover mashed potatoes in the fridge, so decided to make some fish cakes using a can of tuna.  I added some of the garlic and herb cream cheese to the mix, for extra flavour.  I also add the organic no salt flavouring to the breadcrumbs, which I made from some bread I had in the freezer.
I used some of the cucumber with a little ranch dressing on it as a veggie and fried the fish cakes in a little bit of oil.  I guess I could have put them in the air fryer..........I just thought of that???

Will say they were nice and tasty......

I don't know if the fruit/veg bag is reasonable or a good buy, but everything looks delicious!

You did well with all that for the price you paid. It all looks nice and fresh too.

The fish cakes look awesome! I'm not a good veggie/fruit eater so getting a bag wouldn't work well for me.

I think you got a good deal...at least from the prices we find here anyway.

Having fresh veggies, especially since it’s so cold outside for you is wonderful. I don’t know what would be a good deal for you guys Prices vary so much country to country. The fish cakes looks yum

I really can't say if the fruit/veg bag is reasonable or a good buy!
I would say that everything you've pictured looks good and as long as you use it all, I'm sure you will be pleased.

All the best Jan
