Thought this was interesting......

Here is the burrow system of an Eastern Chipmunk:

Although they hibernate, they wake up every few days to relieve themselves, regulate their temperature and eat.  They have quite a system all worked out there, don't you think?

I was so happy yesterday to get a load of laundry hung on the line, especially as it was the shower curtain and liner and all the bath mats.  They smelled so good when I brought them in.

Do you hang out your laundry to dry?

I love to hang my laundry out in the warmer months!! Nothing better than sun dried clothes :)!

I use the line until we have to disconnect for the winter. I love sheets line dried.

I hung out some laundry on the weekend but I think that might be it for this year. I hardly ever use my drier, just hang stuff in the laundry room or over the bath tub.

I hang out the laundry for as long as possible, love the fresh air smell. Our Chippy is still out and about in the garden stocking up on more birdseed. He must have at least 50 lb stashed away in his tunnels.

I think the munks here are now gone underground for the winter. Haven't seen one in several days.

During spring, summer and fall I always hang out my laundry (well as long as we aren't getting rain). During winter and rainy days I do have lines downstairs that I use. Can't hang all my laundry but even if I get two loads on them I am happy.

Snow here, almost blizzard conditions in fact.

God bless.

There is nothing nicer than sun dried laundry
I don’t own a dryer. So during the winter it’s all dried inside on clothes horses
So I love it when I can dry them outside

There's nothing like seeing your washing blowing on the line and the smell of it when you bring it in. It smells even fresher in winter.

I rememeber when the children were in nappies I love seeing them blowing on the line all snowy white. We didn't have a tumble drier so I even dried tham outside in winter when it was fine. Occasionally they were frozen by the time I broght them in but they still smelled lovely.
