Nothing like telling the truth.........

Recently our daughter and her family had a couple of days away and they stayed in a yurt.  It was stinking hot and no a/c in the yurt just fans.

After one night the 3 year old, asked to go home as she didn't want to sleep in the SHED anymore........

No more shed yurt holidays for them I guess!!

Out of the mouth's of babes!!

Ha Ha. It's funny that word of yurt has come up again, we were just watching a Vera episode where the young man lived in a yurt ... no camping/roughing it to me is no room service (col). Glad to hear that your porch sale of your fabulous creations went well.

I've seen lots of yurts in the National Parks and wondered what they were like to sleep in. Now I know, and I won't be visiting one anytime soon.

God bless.

I would not want to sleep in the shed either.lol When I grew up in the deep south, we had NO AC. I sometimes wonder how we made it. I don't remember thinking it was so bad. I guess it is all what we get used to but I sure would hate to go back to the old days after having Air Conditioning.

Yes they are so honest.

You could have let them camp out in your garden shed & they would have saved a fortune.
