Enough already........

I was "talking" to my niece in England on Facebook yesterday and she was saying how she loves the snow😕 So after I had ranted on about snow and how sick of it I am, I took some photos of snow to show her how much was around our house:

Not quite 10 inches has fallen since Wednesday of last week.
Compared to other's we have very little.
However I am completely done with Winter.......
If I don't see snow again until December 24th 2018, I won't be upset..........

Are you done with Winter?

Haven't seen snow yet in Istanbul. We had loads of it last year but this year none so far. This is bad news because, it means we may expect drought this year in the summer. For such a big metropolitan area, water supply is always an issue. We shall see how bad it will be.

We rarely get snow and even when we do it rarely lasts more than a day. I love it as long as I don't have anything to do!

Same here in Toronto - been snowing for days! It's clear & sunny at the moment so hopefully we are getting a bit of a reprieve for a few days.

The snow comes in fits and starts here, going as quickly as it came. It would be nice to go out walking again.

In a word -- yes. Yesterday morning, out of the blue, we had a sleet storm. It lasted about 5 minutes -- long enough to really mess up the streets. A few hours later, after we had canceled plans, the sun came out, ice gone and all was well. That is how it has been all winter -- sick of it.

I'm silly, I know, but I love the winter. I can never get enough of it.

Done here in London, ON as well, but likely we haven't seen the end of it yet. It's very hard for getting out and walking about with layers of ice under the snow. Sigh...

I'm ready for spring. Last week we got a total of 9 inches of snow. At least the sun is shining today. It will be toward the end of the week before any of the snow will start melting.

Yes, but not because of the snow - more because of the below normal temps. We do have a few warmer days ahead, this week. I would be grateful to stay at normal for this time of year. Of course, when it warms up, the snow comes. We will just have to wait and see. Looking forward to Spring, for sure. Ranee (MN)

Since it was nearly 70 on Sunday and will go back up to 70s several days this next week, I may actually be done with winter. I have daffodils in bloom and tulips ready to bloom in my yard.
