This week's "Home of the Week", is an improvement on what it was like before hand, as it shows before and after photos, but I really dislike the stair case, it really spoils the look of the living room and dining room.
Love the kitchen, though I wouldn't have put that sink in. They may look nice but are a nightmare to keep clean especially if you drink tea or coffee........I know!!! It's nice to see that there are houses in Toronto for under $1 million!! Mind you I think $630,000 is still expensive for a semi.
Well if I win the lottery, I'll take "The Cottage of the Week," but at $2.2 million saying it's a cottage is a bit of a stretch. Now I am a big reader, but even I couldn't fill all those book shelves in the library!!! Also not sure they would put a kitchen table and chairs in the "nook" off the master bedroom? Great having guest accommodations about the garage, that way the guest can have their own place to go.
"Condo of the Week," is on sale for $825,000 which according to the comments is nearly over priced and should only be up for the mid $600,000's. Me I'll pass, it's not my cup of tea AT ALL.........
Everywhere we go I see these on cars:

I've decided I'm a 'cottage of the week' kind of gal.
There's a car around here with the 'my family' sticker. I thought it was fun. xx
I love those stickers when I see on vehicles as they are too cute
I like the cottage of the week...but not the furniture or all those roosters!
I couldn't fit my family stickers in the rear window of our car!

The cottage of the week for certain.
The cottage gets my vote, but imagine cleaning seven bathrooms!
The cottage of the week is nice...it feels more like a home than many....at least to me. Don't care for the condo at all. Seems I never do...and the home of the weeks is just a wee bit better.
Hi, Gill- I love those car stickers! But we have no pets and I think we'd look very paltry. Husband is very thin, though, so his would be quite realistic! I wanted to drop by for a virtual cuppa and say thank you very much for all your kind comments at fraise.I especially wanted to thank you for your wisdom on kids being pushed too hard these days. Those were words that hit a good spot. I've been too busy settling in to another school/work year to get around the blogglobe as much as I'd like, but I shall be trying to see you more! Wisdom is something I'll definitely be seeking out!
A cottage with 7 bathrooms. That doesn't sound like cottage living to me. The home is not my style either. :))
