Quick and easy Halloween craft........

 You need empty toilet rolls, like in the photo.  Flatten them, and cut out two triangle's like in the photo.

Pick up a package of glow stick bracelets, from the Dollar Store.

Snap the glow stick, and make it into the bracelet.  Insert it into the toilet roll.

When dark place them outside in the plants, bushes, of your home and they look like cat eyes.........

I'm all for simple as we don't go big on Halloween around here.  I will take photos on Halloween night.
