We discovered Buc-ee's when we were down in Tennessee a couple of years ago and fell in love with their coffee. So of course we had to call in when we left the hotel when travelling down and stopped in at the Richmond, Kentucky location. All the following photo's are from that location.
I thought this was neat, these are in the ladies washroom's. All are separate rooms, and a red light means someone is in there. The women's washroom's were spotless and hubby even commented on how clean the men's one's were. There were multiple washrooms, I was trying to be discrete while taking the photo!!!
The place is huge and sell's everything.
We of course had a medium coffee for $1.79 US and it is really good.
They're famous for their brisket sandwiches. We didn't have one.
The gas pumps seem to go for miles, there were over 100 of them. We paid $2.70 US a gallon.
This sign was up. I thought they were offering decent wages?
We called in at the Buc-ee's in Sieverville a couple of times, and that is a super busy location. I actually thought the Richmond one was cleaner and nicer though. Worth stopping into one if you see one on your travels.
If I had one complaint it would be, there is no where to sit and have a bite to eat or a coffee.
Have you been to Buc-ee's?

I’ve never heard of them. Maybe because I’m down under
It looks like a one stop shopping experience
Ugh! We stopped at the Seviervilee Buc-ee's last December on a Sunday afternoon on our way back home. Never again. It was sooo crowded. The restrooms and beaver nuggets aren't worth it to me. :D
I’ve not been to one because there isn’t one close to us, but they are very popular here as you already know. I’ll have to try the coffee if we ever go to one.
You need to try the Beaver Nuggets! Been to most of them but not a KY one.
I agree it was super busy when we called in at a weekend. The one in Kentucky was really nice.
I didn't see them, will have to look for that next time.
I found things very well priced.......
It's a Southern USA thing.
There is one on the outskirts of town here. One night we were out that way and hadn't eaten. We bought the brisket sandwich, a drink and had a car picnic.
Love that place!!
Goodness! It's huge!
Makes our local tea/coffee shop look so tiny :)
All the best Jan
Oh my that place is huge.
God bless.
I've actually never heard of them, but I was intrigued by the beaver mascot as I love them!
I've heard a lot of people rave over that store but of course I've never been to one. Looks like such a fun place to explore.
