Yummy birthday present..

Called in to see Our Little Princess and Our Little Man the other day.  They have just come back from India and were away for my birthday.  Now as I am super picky when it comes to food.  Plus I have more scarves that I know what to do with, and I have a couple of handbags that I use all the time, "R" was struggling to find me something in India for me.

She came up with the perfect gift; something I have never had before.  Mango Cornflakes:
They are really good.  The other flavours you can get in India, are Mango, Banana, Strawberry, Honey and plain ones.  Where you live do get different flavoured cornflakes?
I also got this lovely silk change purse; so pretty and so useful.

Now that was an unusual birthday gift! I have never heard of flavored corn flakes. They sound good though, especially strawberry. And that is a lovely change purse. Barry useful indeed.
Blessings,
Betsy

I've never seen flavoured cornflakes in the UK, they look interesting. We just have Special K with fruity bits in, I'm not keen on them and prefer to have plain cereal and a bowl of fruit or just fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Hope you enjoy them.

Your purse is beautiful, love the colour, very useful too.

Have a lovely day x

Wow, those cornflakes are amazing. Even in America I don't think they have all those flavours!
Re your scarves! Someone on the Antiques Roadshow over here recently sold a whole load of scarves she'd saved over the years and got quite a lot of money for them. They can be quite valuable. You might like to check that one day.

Mango cornflakes? Yum! When I went to the Coke a Cola Museum, they had all different flavors that are popular all over the world. One was Anisse...imagine that! Pretty little purse!

What an original birthday surprise! The change purse is beautiful, but I love the thoughtfulness (and silly factor) of the cornflakes!

An unusual gift indeed, and as I never go down the cereal aisle I have no idea what is available in the UK. Most cereals are way to sweet for me so I make my own muesli.
Such a sweet and lovely little silk purse.

Interesting flavours, worth trying I am sure, but just give me Multi Grain Cheerio's, need the fibre, LOL. When I was in China I ate some interesting potato chips!!
Love the change purse.

I have never seen flavored corn flakes. Didn't even know they made them. You learn something knew everyday I guess. Love the change purse!

Thoughtful gifts. I don't eat cornflakes so don't usually look at them in the cereal aisle. I am going to have to double check next time I go.
