I finally gave in........

and went to the doctors.  It got to the point that breathing was/is painful.  Took him all of two seconds to announce I have bronchitis.  So hopefully the horse pills he gave me work wonders and I will be feeling as right as rain in a couple of days.

It was spring maintenance time for the shopping carts in Wal-Mart today when I stopped in to fill my prescription:
It looked as though all the dodgy wheels were being changed......Hallelujah!  Don't you hate it when you pick a cart with those horrible dodgy wheels, that go every other way than the way you want to go?

I updated and have closed out my grocery totals for April.  Quite surprised on how well I did considering.  Spent: $353.01 and had coupon savings of $61.37.  Hoping for better numbers in May.

I have never seen them changing wheels like that. I had a cart at the grocery store collapse and wheels break before. Had to unpack it and pack another one. Hope you feel better soon!

Hope that medication kicks in quickly and you are on the mend.

Once the meds kick in you should be feeling a whole lot better. I don't think the winter helped.

I'm so glad you went to the doctor. Bronchitis is no fun. That's where my colds usually end up. I hope the medication kicks in very soon for you.
I've never seen cart maintenance happening at Walmart although it is needed. Those squeaky, wobbly wheels drive me crazy.
Blessings,
Betsy

Hopefully you will be feeling better soon with your meds. I hate when they give me horse pills to fight an infection.

I wonder if Walmart was doing this everywhere this month, because 2 weeks ago I noticed they were changing out all the wheels on the carts at our walmart here in Ohio.

Give the meds time to work. Now you have some answers.

Hope you're feeling better soon and the medicine kicks in fast.

Hope you feel much better soon.

I really don't like going to Walmart since they changed their store layouts ( at least in Alabama) I don't need another department store, just a discount store. New wheels and a good cart scrubbing would make negotiating the weird aisles less daunting though!

get well soon, have you tried the saving catchers? you can do it on your computer or phone and it work with coupons, if you get a dollar off they still give you want the difference to the full price. I had 42 dollars of my bill a couple of weeks ago and now have another 18 from the two bills since

If there is a squeaky wheeled cart to be got, I will be the one to get it. Or the ones that want to go every which way.

I did not know they repaired them...

They replaced the wheels at the Wal Mart I visit. I went to management and thanked them!
