Hubby at home; tried to go to work but Highway 400 very bad, so turned around and came home. The good thing with dh being at home is that he cleaned out the driveway for me, yeah dh!!!
He even cleaned out the neighbours driveway.....
Dh made one purchase in Britain and that was his Union Jack Pom Pom hat at 5 pounds from Asda.
Its also bitter cold in the high Minus 20's oC all day. Stay warm if you are also experiencing this cold and snow.
P.S. Wiarton Willie did not see his shadow so we are in for an early Spring.......I don't believe him, just saying!

Early spring? For once, do you think he'd forecast no winter?

Yep, the driving is bad here today. I haven't been out to take photos yet, though. You are WAY ahead of me. :)
We're getting the same weather this morning, so it must have started sometime in the night, because there was already extra fallen where we had clear steps when I left.
I really like your new neighborhood - the houses are really cute. I don't, however, envy you all that snow! The Union Jack cap was a good buy for sure!
Good for your DH doing the driveway doing the driveway for you! Counting all the snow we have had this year, I doubt if it comes to as much as you show here...or at least not much more.
It was pretty cold this morn here, but the sun is out and warming things up and melting ice.
Oh, I'd love to experience the snow you are having...maybe for a week, not a whole winter!
Cheers - Joolz xx
Well you got more snow than we did but brrrr....it's cold here too. And Punxtawany Phil saw his shadow today, and I probably spelled that wrong, but it means six more weeks of winter for us. Bummer.

I believe willie might be a lying just a little.
Nooo!! I totally believe Willie!! I love the asda hat. Great to see you back!
Oh my goodness, that's a lot of snow Gill. We haven't had much snow yet again. NOne at all for a couple of years. This year it's snowed a couple of times & just melts in a couple of hours. I like it like that! The daffs are budding now so hope we don't get any more.
Love that hat. looks so snug. I knitted my granddaughter a lovely warm hat for school, then my daughter wanted one. Now her husband wants one.
SNOW, we also have lots of it here in Nashua, NH with 33.5 inches last week and another 12 inches this week. Luckily, we do enjoy it and living in an apt means we do not have to shovel drives or walkways AND our cars are safely underground, so no worries.
Just curious as to why DH had to clear the drive as thought that condo associations were responsible for that work.
