If I just stuck a pin in my stomach all will be well. Don't have gas, not even "blocked up," as they say, just very, very uncomfortable. Guess it must be something I ate. The older I get the more stomach issues I have. I really do need to take better care of my diet, but everything I love is everything that is bad for me. What is a person to do? I guess it will be a plain tasteless food type of day to let my stomach settle.
Meanwhile I had better stay in the house covered up, as people will be asking me when my due date is!!
On a side note, it's my baby brother's birthday today. Not really a baby anymore at 45 though.
Happy Birthday Our Pete!!

This happens to me with pasta/noodles these days. I'm going to cut them out of my diet as it's a horrible feeling.
Hope it goes soon Gill.
Happy birthday, Pete,
Hope you feel better soon, Gill.
More and more people are developing sensitivities to gluten and dairy. Maybe try and cut back on those and see if you feel any better?
In the meantime...dandelion tea (bitter, be forewarned!) can help with the bloat. Or even just plain water....lots of it!
I am sure you know all of this....so feel better!!!
I do think more and more people have stomach issues....I get that bloated feeling sometimes but have not paid attention enough to figure out what food does it to me.
I think processed food are just becoming more and more toxic to our systems so I would suggest a whole foods diet with emphasis on veggies and fruit. Do I do this? I try but I fall short quite a bit. I do know I feel better when I eat this way.
Hopefully you're feeling better soon.
Happy Birthday Pete and feel better soon.
as we get older what we can eat gets to be less and less but sweets always taste good
An uncomfortable feeling for sure and hope it passes soon, Gill.
Happy birthday, Pete!
I hope your stomach feels better soon, Gill, I understand how you feel, as I sometimes get stomach issues every now and then. You needn't eat "tasteless", just light....perhaps chicken soup and some crackers? Take care of yourself.
