Now as I am writing this I am either going to be high as a kite, or end up with a migraine, not sure which at the moment!!! The reason being is that we had the new windows and patio doors installed today, and the smell is wicked/nasty. Not sure what its coming from, but it has to do with the window and doors. They look awesome and such a difference from the old ones. They have to do the trim and finishing off on Thursday and I will then post some photos.
I saw a woodpecker tonight, but by the time I had gone to get my camera it had flown away. I also saw a beautiful red cardinal the other day, again the same thing, by the time I had got my camera it had flown away.
We need to get a skylight installed in the attic, so dh pulled off some of the plaster and lathe so we could see how big the gaps were between the wood. What a nasty dirty job, but he got an awful lot pulled off in an hour.
I got the rest of the field cut without being attacked by birds and other wildlife. Its a short post today as its been a busy day........

Must be sealant of some sort. Make sure you air out.
I am sure you do have a money tree in your back yard, can I have some seeds- you have done so much on that house/property!
Pulling off plaster and lathe is a dirty, horrible job. Well worth the effort though. We know all about that.
It's probably the sealant you're smelling. It should be gone soon. I'm so glad you got the new windows and doors. We loved it when we got ours done.
Hmm I bet that house is going to be perfect!!!
Have a great weeks end
Love,Jess
