Save your money.........

Bought these containers on Amazon a couple of years ago to catch fruit flies; as "tis the season for them!!  Useless.

So added some apple cider vinegar to a regular glass, put cling film/plastic wrap on the top.  Secured it with an elastic band and poked some holes in it.
Voila.........fruit flies swimming in the apple cider vinegar.................

 No fancy equipment needed!!

This is exactly the best way...and adding just a couple of drops of liquid dish soap speeds up the process 👌

We add a couple drops of dish soap too and pretty much always have a little bowl of the vinegar solution on the kitchen counter. Sometimes I put one near my plants too.
