Came out of WalMart yesterday and there was a youngish guy sitting on the ground in the parking lot with handcuffs on..........not something I have ever seen before.
Meanwhile, two other guys casually dressed were taking everything out of his car, including a little baggie..........
I can only assume the two guys taking the things out of his car were police officers and in the baggie was something illegal............dh "escorted" me away before I could get a better look............spoil sport!!
Never seen anything like that before.

A fun time had by all! I was taking hubby to one of his cancer appointments in Ottawa Hospital, and saw a man in handcuffs escorted by cops!
I have seen it and it always pains me.
I used to see things like that at my local Berea Walmart often when I was growing up in Kentucky. Good times!
It's been awhile since I've seen anything along those lines.
I have driven by things like that, but never walked by.
