I had a fight with the step ladder.....

and the step ladder won.....

I landed on my tail bone and at the moment feel as though I have a bowling ball of a lump there {SIGH}  I am now very proficient in the "hobble dance."

Luckily I didn't have a can of paint with me; I was pulling off the masking tape.  As for the colour of the kitchen walls; dh hates the colour and said we I will be re-painting them if we don't sell the house {{SIGH}}

Onwards and upwards as they say!

Oh and heard this song today and thought it was good:

Now I bet that was fun...NOT! Sounds like we have the same kind of luck...my sister-in-law and I were taking time about falling over something for a while.

I have never heard that song played quite that way...I guess that is why they call it Red River Rock. I sort of like, too. It is amazing that you can still recognize the song so easily.

Oh dear, one step forward and two back. Hope the tail bone isn't broken. I'd get rid of that step ladder. Use it as a decorative piece. Hope you feel better soon...Bess

Yep, fighting with ladders is like fighting with Mother Nature -they always win! Glad you didn't get too hurt. Mom broke her tailbone years ago, so I know how sore that is.

Do you like the colour in the kitchen? Who spends the most time there? At my house it's me, so I'd be reminding DH that! That and I'd let HIM repaint :)

I feel for you having done a similar thing except mine was a caught flip flop and it was a chair, never worn flip flops since.lol
Seriously though it is very painful, got into the car and couldn't get out again, but it does get better, so hope you are soon A1.

I'm sorry you hurt yourself Gill. My friend's daughter-in-law fell off a ladder a couple of months back and landed in the ICU. Hope you heal quickly.

Repaint? Selling the house? I have been out of the loop, and terribly sorry about your tumble. Gill I sure hope it isn't too bruised for long or worse then a bruise. x
