Well we have done it.........

Yes we have done it we have a zero balance on our mortgage.

Did we go out and celebrate?
Heck no, it was going to be a good episode of Flashpoint, plus couldn't miss Coronation Street (which on a side note, if anyone else leaves, there will be no people left on the street) so this is what we did.
Gosh we are wild.......either that or getting old!!!

Congratulations on paying off your mortgage, now you just have to ensure 'all that free money' doesn't get spent:)

LOL Gill!! You do make me laugh!
The same with Eastenders... It seems like all of the actors are like... 12 years old these days!
I tell ya!
Congratulations on paying off your house, that is incredible... you really are an inspiration.
And for the 3rd time, you still are NOT on my feed for blogs, so I'm going to delete your blog and re-add it.. AGAIN...
It's probably me and some setting I have, I haven't even figured out most of the settings on my smart phone!
Have a wonderful weekend,
Tammy xx

So fantastic! I can't imagine how that would feel! Corrie is an institution in our house - I never used to watch it in Blighty! Who is leaving?? I know Michelle Collins (Stella) will be leaving soon.

BIG CONGRAT'S! That's wonderful. The one thing I wish we could say but alas a few more years from now.

LOL! My hubby could watch Flashpoint night and day. It is a great show and the idiots cancelled it. No accounting for taste these days what with all the reality shows out there. ICK!

I had that last statement showing a nil balance stuck to my refrigerator door for ages lol. That's the extent of our celebrating hahaha

Congratulations Gill and your mr.
I am so thankful I no longer have a mortgage to pay as well.

Corrie is driving me crazy these days. I've been on vacation a couple of weeks off and on and come back and find I'm right in tune with the story line. It's my understanding there is going to be another child coming into the street. But the adult males are disappearing like dust in the wind aren't they?
