Streets Alive! Leacock Chairs in Orillia

On Wednesday I met up with Jane in Orillia for lunch.  All along the main street were these giant chairs which are this years Summer outdoor art project for Street's Alive  They are Leacock Chairs in  honour of local writer Stephen Leacock

I would have to sit across one of these chairs to constantly admire it rather then sit in it, itself !

Those are really nifty...I love the one that looks like a man and one with the writing....how big were they?

I've hopped over from Maple Syrup Mob blog. It's nice to meet another British person that is now Canadian. Love the tour around with both of your, the chairs sure are a neat idea.
