I will say I know nothing about Kale, but according to this article" Kale has been dubbed a superfood by nutritionists for its cancer-fighting phytonutrients. Not only is kale a nutrient-dense, low-calorie food, kale is in peak season during the dead of winter when quality green foods seem impossible to find. " So I guess if that's the case, we all should be eating more of it?

I like a saute of sweet italian sausage, kale, onions and red peppers. I serve it over pasta. I didn't know it was a superfood, but it is tasty.
