Yes she paid $10,000 for this one. I am looking forward to following along as this is something I would have loved to do when I was younger. I will say that basement is indeed creepy...LOL I always thought the basement at the farmhouse was creepy, but this one was worse.
I am on Instagram but never use it, so won't be following along on there, but on the Youtube Video's. Are any of you planning on following along with this series? Did you watch her last series?

Oh to be young and full of energy. I would of loved to fix that house up.
My house isn’t as grand but it was not healthy when we purchased it 37 years ago. We have steadily made changes, for the better, and planted up flower beds, veggie gardens and lot of trees.
The house kinda was in the middle of a paddock and was surrounded by farm fencing. Definitely not child friendly barb wire.
We fence off an area and turned it into a place for our children to play safely
It all took time, and spending money a little at a time as we saved up.
I think that way we appreciated it all much more
I won't be following along, primarily because I rarely look at anything on Youtube. I'd rather be stitching!
