Are blogs a thing anymore? I must admit, I have got out of the habit of blogging..........it's been exactly a year since my last blog post.
I was looking for information on something over the weekend and remembered I had posted about it; probably 10 years ago, so went looking for it through my blog. I wasn't able to find the exact info, but down the rabbit hole of past blog posts I went and you know what that's like?
You read about the good times and the bad. Memories pop up you had forgotten about. You see photo's of yourself and are amazed at how young you looked.......well I do!
So here I am again and thinking how about starting up the blog again, posting about everyday life. Things have changed a lot around here, as hubby retired last September (2024) and so that has been an adjustment for both of us. We are still married, so I can say things are working out pretty good; however it's not all sunshine and roses!!! No one's lives are if they're being totally honest, now are they?
So I am ready to give it a shot. If no one else reads it but me, that's perfectly fine. I have been wondering if there is a way of printing off all the posts over the years and making a hard copy of them, for prosterity?
So, are you still blogging, please leave a link to your blog in your comment so other people can visit. And lets make blogs a popular thing to read again!!!

I started a blog then stopped, but I loveeeee to read blogs. I will be reading! <3 Glad you and hubby are enjoying life's ups and downs together :)
It is so nice to hear from you again. I have been wondering if you were OK and just stopped blogging, as people do. Welcome back and come and visit me, as a lot has happened to me also. Pat
Nice to see back again. Glad to hear you are surviving your husbands retirement, lol. Its easy to think everyone has the perfect relationship if we believe what we read online.
Yes you can get your blog printed into a book, Marlene at Poppy Patchwork blog does hers and I believe that Carol at Stitching Dreams does hers , you would have to go visit them and ask who they use though as I've never done it.
My husband retired 12 years ago, and it was a HUGE adjustment. You'll get a new routine together and it will be fine. The first two or three years are a challenge.
Welcome back
Nice to "talk" to you again. I'm still blogging and reading them. I retired and thankful my hubby got a hobby. Otherwise our happy marriage would be on dateline. :-)
Good to hear from you again. I hope you are enjoying retirement as much as we are. I'm still blogging [https://angalmond.blogspot.com/] Do drop in sometime!
