There are never enough hours in the day but then, when I'm lying sleepless at night, it drags on and on. Wish I could get up and play in my studio, but that upsets DH so I stay put.

I'm looking forward to September. We don't have a cottage so this heat is hard for us to take. No one likes to stay confined in air conditioned comfort for prolonged time, eh?
We have rented a cottage on Manitoulin Island next week. It looks like it will be a bit cooler there. We sure need the break away.

Usually the time flies by for me, however, as I am still unable to do anything, and I mean ANYTHING, with this neck brace on the only thing I can do is go for walks, but it is a bit too hot for doing that.

This is about the only time I wish the time for go by faster, roll on August 20th.
