Corn maze, with a person watching over so you don't get lost.
A barn with the sides open to let the tobacco dry.We couldn't see a lot as the corn was so high.
Getting ready to do some work.
Spreading cow muck....in the background those are "hotel rooms."
A closer up look at the tobacco drying.

Lovely photos Gill!
Interesting!
Such beautiful pictures. Was this a Mennonite or Amish Farm? I wondered because of the style of dress of the farmer.
Such iconic photos! It's harvest time for sure! Great drive-by shootings. You have the knack for it!
thanks Gill
I have never seen a barn like that...interesting.
Great pictures of the Amish working the fields
I must have forgotten about that detail in tobacco barns!
Oh I love your pictures today! It shows a completely different sort of life than most of us lead doesn't it? Thank you.
Blessings,
Betsy
Nice views..shame that people still use tobacco.

I love the photos...
So good to see the traditional ways still being used.
Looks like Wisconsin with the exception of the Amish ways. Our Amish live further west in the state. I like the "hotel."
