I am pleased to say that these photos are not from our house here in Ontario, but of a dear friend's house in Charlottetown,Prince Edward Island.
I don't think I would be as calm as my friend is regarding all this snow.
I will say I do believe we will get more snow before this winter is over with. I just pray and hope it's not as much as these guys got on the East Coast.

Thats alot of snow, in Devon we have only had a very light scattering this year.
Oh I hope you don't Gill! (Get more snow that is.)
I'm done with the white stuff; done I tell ya!
Snow is pretty but so destructive. I'd enjoy it if we could cope in England. A dust sends the trains hibernating in sheds and the gritters refusing to leave garage for health and safety reasons.
As I am from New Brunswick, I can relate to all that snow. More to come today!
Seeing this on PEI, I can't help but smile and wonder if Anne of Green Gables ever saw snow such as this!
We had snow for many months of the year in Iceland and you just have to deal with it or stay inside from November to April. Truthfully, I miss the snow greatly.

WOW, now that's snow!!
We've had hardly anything here this year, just some flurries here and there.
I think our snow days are finally over here! I would not be so calm as your friend either, but maybe she is used to a long winter.

It is always worse out east for snow . A few of my blogging friends in New Brunswick got hit again with another snow storm . Here it is just windy and a bit of rain for this morning but warm and then sunshine for the after noon , most of our precipitation will be in rain form or very wet snow that will melt on contact as the land is warmer now cause the Robins are already pulling worms from the grassy patches of ground . Thanks for sharing , Have a good day !
Looks like my house a few weeks ago!
Wow! Poor things! I want the snow blower out of the way. It's in my bike's parking spot.
They've been hit so hard out east. And more to come! Good thing they build them tough on the east coast!
As we get no snow. It might be fun to be snowed in for a day or two. As long as I have lots of wood for my fire and lots of coffe and yarn. I'd be happy to stay in lol looks pretty though xx
Agreed on no more snow as we have the same feeling here in Nashua, NH.
Wow, don't think i've ever seen snow like that! I think our winter (and it's been quite mild) is starting to ebb into Spring xx
Noooooooooooooo!
That's just wrong!

The east coast got it pretty bad. I hope that doesn't happen here!

There will be yet more snow to come. One of my brothers lives in Nova Scotia, near the New Brunswick border, so they've taken a big hit this winter.
Goodness! That's a lot of snow.We have spring sunshine here today :o)
Oh, my, I don't know how I would handle this kind of snow. While at the same time, I know I would if I had to, or if I had never known any different.
Even though we had two days of 70 degree weather--that is Fahrenheit...I am afraid we will still have another snow before spring is here to stay.
I remember once when the girls were little, they got to play outside with no jackets for at least 2 or 3 days, maybe more. It turned cold and we got a several inches of snow.
Oh my goodness, I've never seen that much snow around a house before.
xx
I'd love to experience living in snow, just once. I can see all the disadvantages and inconveniences but it would be so different. Like visiting another planet.
Atlantic Canada is close to or has already broken records for snow this year. It's beautiful there but I'n glad - at least this year - that I live here. :)
I saw a couple flakes early and they filled me with dread, but that, well that is definitely beyond what we get!
