I always feel good when I see them come up in my gardens. I have several under a spruce tree and they are jusy starting to bloom.

These are lovely Gill, everything about them says, "Yes I'm going to look great in your garden next year!" I was in a friend's garden yesterday where everything was starting to bloom, and I said to myself I must go out with my camera but then we all started talking and the light faded. Oh well, next time!
