The new stuff is nothing like what we used to get in the olden days. I remember my brother was mad on Popeye and persuaded my Mam to buy some. He just about threw up.

Have you tried Swiss Chard or New Zealand Silver Beet, both have the same nutrition but taste oh so much nicer. These are two veges I just can't live without. But I will eat steamed spinach if there is nothing else going.
