I make dump cakes with them. If you google it, or YouTube you will see how easy they are to make
DD! gave me rhubarb last week, so made muffins, also received some on the weekend and made rhubarb scones. Mum used to mix rhubarb with strawberry jelly.
We're hopeful one of our friends will share their rhubarb wealth with us (have you priced it in stores...wow).
I haven't priced it in the store, but am guessing it will be expensive.

There is absolutely nothing better than that very first harvest of homegrown rhubarb to officially welcome the warmer weather! Pairing it with sweet strawberries is such a classic combination, and stewing them together makes the absolute perfect topping. I can almost taste how delicious and refreshing that must be layered over some plain yogurt or a chilly bowl of sugar-free pudding. What a wonderfully sweet and healthy way to kick off the summer season!

Yum. My Mum used to make a lovely rhubarb crumble that, of course, had to be served with custard. Yum
My rhubarb isn't really ready to be picked yet. Just getting to the point that I am so excited about fresh rhubarb made into jam, pie, and cakes.
