This is what I told the teacher at the gate to the Kindergarten entrance.
- Bring home both his mitten's.......
- Leave the sand pit at school......
Her response, "Good luck with that!!"
Who knew my life would revolve around mittens and bloody sand all week!!! LOL
Do you know how far sand travels around a house? I do, it gets everywhere!!

Oh yes, I remember sand and missing mittens all too well.
We're constantly turning in mittens and gloves we find on the playground. I go around the cafeteria with a big mop at the end of the day. Not sand, just mud. And bark chips. Kids are a basically noises surrounded by smells and debris. LOL
I definitely know how sand can travel around a house. Hope you manage to get the mittens back at least.
