Called the kitchen cabinet guys and they are going to pick up the uppers and the pantry this coming Monday, so I decided the take everything out of the cabinets in preparation for dh to remove them.
This is the kitchen table before I started:
The weather turned out to be nice with a warm wind blowing on Wednesday, so I ended up cutting some grass/running over leaves. Made sure I had my flaps down hat on to cover up my ears, but it was a gorgeous day to be outside.
I am having a running around day today (Thursday) so looking forward to having a day out of the house.

Ours tends to be the dining room table. But I have a 24 hour rule now. If its still there in 24 hours I hide it and don't tell them where it is..heheheh
You are lucky to have such a large table to put your cupboard stuff on. That's a good size kitchen, I like how there are windows on each side and the wainscotting. The dumping ground my house starts with a small pile beside my chair in the front room then starts spreading to more piles beside the others to keep them organized.

My family is "horizontal surface challenged" here....meaning every horizontal surface eventually gets covered with crap!

By next Fall though only 2 of us will be here covering all surfaces(and 1 of those will be me!lol)so maybe then I can get a handle on this affliction. lol
Go figure Jane blames Chris for the dumping ground! I have a full size sewing room. Need i say more? boy you are really getting a lot done there.
I've had that blasted bug driving me crazy since about the 23 of Sept. I picked it up in Peterborough when my Da died. As my niece the kindergarten teacher says "Peterborough is a constant cesspool of illness"....yah,.
I've been trying to sort out my cupboards too. There are WAY too many pieces of crockery cluttering up the shelves, but I know the minute I send that box off to Value Village, I'll be right back there looking for a replacement!
We have that now as well... ugh! Hoping to feel better tomorrow night so I can see Brad Paisley in concert... :( I should take my Oil of Oregano and head to bed soon I think! Hope you're feeling better soon too!!
I don't know why it is, but since the girls left home, our dining table has gradually got till it catches everything and is hardly ever clear. I really need to get out of that habit.
