On Monday afternoon there were two James Bond movies on BBC Canada. So in between doing things I watched them. It has been years since I last saw a James Bond Movie and they were entertaining to say the least. Mind you as both these movies were from the 70's, I found them a bit corny. As I was a child during the 70's I am guessing I have grown more cynical with age as well!!!
The first one was "The Man with the Golden Gun," starring Roger Moore and his "Bond girls" were Britt Ekland and Maud Adams.
The second one was "The Spy Who Loved Me," starring Roger Moore and his "Bond girl" was Barbara Bach.
It's a toss up for me as to who is the best James Bond. I'm not sure if I prefer Sean Connery or Roger Moore? I am not as keen on the other actors, who is your favourite?
One thing for sure though the signature song for each movie is certainly memorable and these two movies were no exception.
Lulu sang "The Man with the Golden Gun,"
Carly Simon, sang "The Spy Who Loved Me,"
Here is a list of the top ten Jame Bond Movie songs and I do agree with the number one song.
Wings, "Live and Let Die," a classic

We tuned in when it was Diamonds are Forever was on. My husband is a James Bond fan and has watched them and probably owns all of them on DVD.
My #1 has to be Shirley Bassey "Goldfinger".

Believe it or not, I have never watched a James Bond movie. I don't even know why I haven't.
I have always enjoyed the James Bond movies and my all time favorite Bond is Sean Connery. I recently saw Daniel Craig in Skyfall and enjoyed that one too. Judy Dench made a great M.
My husband and I are big Bond fans. We have all the dvd's except Skyfall. Getting that one soon. Skyfall is the only one I have viewed in a theater. All the rest have been viewed at home.
I don't have a favorite Bond, but love Judi Dench as M. My all time favorite character is probably Q, creator of all those spy gadgets. And I am drooling over the cars. Those Aston Martins are to die for.
Did any one else notice (in Skyfall) that when M left the office after the meeting that she didn't pick her purse up, but she has it at the door as she exits the room? I love finding these little quirks in movies.
Ah the likes of Tiffiney Case and miss Goodnight..........fanarh fanarh
I dont like james bond movies at all! but having said that I think sean connery is the best.but I like him better now that he is older and when he is not James.
Dan and I recently watched a couple of James Bond movies for the fun of it. They were hilarious!
