Happy Hallowe'en, Gill. Or should I say Scary?
Hope you have a great Halloween although i really don't "get it" lol... xxx
Don't do anything for Halloween but we always have a "Bonfire Night" meal . I suppose because we didn't have Halloween when I was in England, then it means nothing here.

Hi Gill, thanks for stopping by. Happy Halloween. Love that graphic.
We are ready for the trick-or-treaters here Gill. I love the little ones all dressed up. The only problem is that we got snow here (outside of Ottawa) last night and it is still on the ground. Hopefully it will warm up enough through the day to melt it away!
Happy Halloween!

discrimination against welshmen!!!!
Hi Gill, Our usual Bonfire Night meal is a brightly coloured soup, then either sausages or burgers with lots of fried onions and either mash or baked potatoes. For pudding we have baked apples with either cream, ice cream, or custard. Ours are veganized but the menu is what we always had as children. The soup in mugs around the bonfire then the rest of the meal indoors. The last few years here it has rained/snowed on Bonfire Night so there was no bonfire but it is just as good to eat sitting in front of a log fire indoors. I used to get cake sparklers for us but it freaks the cats out...so no sparklers!!
