Skywatch Friday

I took these photos a couple of weeks ago, when we were travelling back from North Bay on Hwy 11 (info for Canadians!!) Both were taken from the car (I wasn't driving!!) The sky was spectacular, the photos don't do it justice. That night and next day we had snow.

(as always click on the photos for more details)

Great shots - cold and bleak...I'd want to be hurrying home under those skies!

That first photograph is beautiful but that is just too much snow....I have had it, it's spring!
I just took the same photo of a limestone cut here on Prince Edward County. Thank you so much for sharing your "snowy" part of the world and have a great weekend.

Wonderful skies captured from the car. I confess I'm relieved to know you weren't driving when you took them.
Hugs and blessings,

Lovely skies, they always assume some more magical quality when coupled with snow.
