A little cuteness for Yarn Along....

I made a couple more Gnomes this week for Our Little Princess and Our Little Man.
I used this pattern and Paton's Canadiana Yarn and US #4 needles.  They are the child size so I think around 8 inches high.  As I used smaller needles it's a tighter knit so you can't see the stuffing.  I am going to a baby shower at the end of August so would like to make one more to add to the gift.

I have read a couple of books this week, and have posted reviews on my book review blog here.

Still hot and humid here and finally we had a break and it rained.
The sky was very busy before it rained.

I love those little guys, wish I had time to knit. What a cute idea for a craft fair.

They are lovely, beautiful little gifts. So much better using a smaller needle to get the tension right so you can't see the stuffing.

Very cute - I've made a few using a similar pattern.
Hot here too - wishing it would rain just a bit!

They are cute!

We got a couple of spells of rain a few hours apart- the second one really took care of the humidity, and it's delightfully cooler today.

Those little guys are so cute! I definitely need to try to remember to make a few of those when I'm feeling better. The sky pictures are breathtaking.

Your gnomes are so sweet! I have a friend who just had a baby and I'm wondering if I should knit a little snuggly for her! Those ones are cute.

Your cloud photos are wonderful. Love the little gnomes! We got a grand total of 15 drops of rain but it is much cooler today.
Take care.

Cute little fellows, you are doing very well with you knitting.

Don't know what is wrong with my blog, only the subject line shows, none of the body of the post, and I am not smart enough to figure it out. Oh well, too busy at this point in time to blog anyway.

Just wanted to let you know.....SOLD sign is in front of my house. Sorting, tossing, giving away all manner of stuff. I get to give my three children all of the things that would have been theirs once I left this world. Now I know who is getting what. Busy busy.

Your gnomes are so cute! And wow - those are great cloud photos. It makes me think I should have gone out and photographed some of the beauties we've had here all month. It's rained so much we're waterlogged in central Indiana.

They look wonderful Lovely colors.

It's the middle of Winter here in Melbourne Australia. On the news they call it a Arctic vortex. I think everyone forgot that Winter is cold. Not as cold as Canada though.

Love your knitting projects for this week. I made little dolls for our granddaughters awhile ago. We are finally back to normal after our trip to BC and I've even got a knitting project started :)

Hotel Stay - Dinner

As part of our hotel stay the kids had booked us dinner, breakfast and afternoon tea. Here is what we ate at dinner.  Everything was spot on...
