We went for a walk on Sunday and walked past this pond. As you can see its mainly frozen, but there were areas of water there, and there were some Canada Geese walking on the ice. Spring must be coming, as we are seeing more and more geese in the area. For more detail, click on the photos to enlarge them.

Lovely series of photos. I just love seeing snow pictures (I have never seen it personally!)
Yep, spring is coming! YAY!
I love them. My Muskoka is rather frozen still.
We anticipate geese soon, though!
Bless your heart it still looks cold there. Great shot. I think all your geese come to Oklahoma during the winter months. =)
here you are lucky if you can capture wild geese; Nice shots!
In that last picture I see reflected goose caboose! Great photos.
Interesting seeing your freezing part of the world. Thanks for visiting my blog. Cheers, J Bar.
It looks a little similar to the little lake near by where I live. There are also a lot of Canadian geese the whole summer. I am still waiting for them, they usually pass my house when they arrive!
Have a nice week!
The geese looks so cute on this white snowy path...
Well they're still walking and not swimming, so you've got a way to go before spring yet I think. But getting there!
Lovely scene! It's adorable to see geese walking on ice. Best wishes :)
Great photos. It is so nice to see the geese out. :) Spring is on its way.

I would love to see some geese down here in Florida but I guess it's a bit to warm :) Thank you for your visit. Great post!
Ha ... everybody's talking about spring. Yes, it will come. And soon. Those geese are enjoying the weather.
The Canada geese are enjoying themselves, even though it is so frozen.
Nice and cold. I saw geese at my little lake today.
Those geese sure look nice and plump! Nice work.
Great shots, those geese are cute. Second photo is my favorite. Thanks for the visit earlier.
Beautiful, subtle colour tones in these photos! And adore the geese!
Lovely shot! I love cold snowy images because we don't get much snow where we live.
How sweet...two geese out for a stroll. It looks very cold; good for you to go out and brave the elements. Nice shots and enjoy WW...
Lovely shots of the geese. I so wait to see the first ones yet as well as the cranes. Seems spring is a bit further over there.
I thought for sure I commented here. I must have read the rhubarb post and clicked out.
Lovely shots! We have no snow and haven't for awhile now. I miss it. :) Your duckies will be swimming soon.
In answer to your question on my quilt barn - they are just across the river from me in Ohio.
Oooh pretty pics! Reminds me of the Anne of Green Gables stories! Have a great day!
