Good Morning Gill!
Have I mentioned how much I enjoy your recipe lists?! It's almost uncanny, the way you always seem to post them when I have an abundance of the specific items on which you place your focus! First...lemons...now... pineapple! (I just stocked the pantry with a mini-multitude of canned pineapple found on sale.) Thank you so much for all the time and work you put into this blog. I really appreciate it.
Have a lovely day.
Warmly,
Tracey

Thanks for all the lovely pineapple recipes. Will give some a try. One of my favorite treats is a slice of pineapple on cheese toast. Gregg and I used to order it in a small tea room over the betting shop in Torquay when we were courting. Sweet and savory all in the same bite.
Whoa ho! There is a pineapple lounging in my fridge this very minute. Thanks!
