Well we have accepted the offer for our house. It went back and forward on Sunday afternoon, but it was finally sorted out. Must say it was very stressful and it's not something I want to go through again any time soon. Now they have until Friday to have a home inspection and to confirm financing, which their real estate agent says isn't a problem.
So until we get those waivers signed back to us, the house isn't sold. So I am going to be on pins until Saturday morning. My poor head is killing me, as I am not sleeping and the headaches are coming fast and furious now. Until that happens, people can still view the house and put in offers. Have to say we haven't had anyone over to the house, since Saturday.
If everything goes through we will be moving out of this house on May 1st. I do hope it all goes well, as my poor nerves can't take much more with this.
Sorry this is such a short post, but my poor head is thumping........

I hope this all goes smoothly for you and you can just concentrate on getting packed up for the move. I can only imagine the headache! Fingers crossed they get all their I's dotted and T's crossed and the waivers come back signed earlier than Saturday.
I hope this gets settled quickly, for your sake. Buying/selling ahouse is sooooo stressful. I did it only once, and I am not in a hurry to do it again.
Can just imagine how you are feeling Gill. Congratulations on selling your house and hope all goes well for 1st May. Now you can begin planning your new house - lovely! A x
I am so happy for you and sad for me We still haven't sold the house in NJ. we thought things were good a couple of weeks ago! owell!
Praying it all goes through okay. Hang in there friend.
You poor dear Gill. I have a firm belief that has stood me in good stead when selling a house. When you get to this stage leave the worrying to the universe. You can't influence it any more so try to let go. ---- That said, boy it can give you one giant headache can't it. You lay wondering about your plans and then think, stop this in case it doesn't go to plan. I'm send over some physic massage. Keep your spirits up love, Margaret
Breathe, woman, breathe. Things will work out.
You just have to have a little faith.
Like I'm one to talk. LOL
I'm a worry wart too.
I really feel for you Gill. It really is one of the most stressful things in life moving. I swore I'd never move again and we haven't. Been here over twenty years and although it's not brilliant I couldn't face another move.
