We went to the show not knowing what to expect, other than the music, and it was really good. Lot of jokes and laughs, lots and lots of great music, and a good storyline, of how they all started out. One thing that struck me was that loyalty to your friends was a number one priority. I will warn you there is a lot of "F" words used and honestly it's not a show for children. So far this is the best musical we have seen, and one I would go and see again.
Here is the official site for Frankie Valli, doesn't he look good for his age, he was born in 1934?
This is my favourite song from them December, 1963 (Oh what a night.) This is dh's Sherry
What is your favourite song from the Four Seasons?
I also wanted to say thank you to you all for making my blog a success, as without you all reading it, it would be me just talking away to myself...LOL Today marks the 20th week of my blog and I have had over 20,000 hits on it. Who knew anyone would actually like to read what I ramble on about.......... So once again a big THANK YOU TO YOU ALL!!

Oh, my, we LOVE the Four Seasons around here! My daughter is named for one of their songs! Back when we had an 8-track player in the car, our favorite tape was theirs--and it was stolen out of the car. Now I have the anthology on CD.
Don't know which is my favorite, but I did like one of Franki Valli's later songs a lot--"My Eyes Adored You"
Congrats on the 20,000 hits! My hit counter got wiped out when I changed my template and so I guestimated it back way lower then it was... but c'est la vie.
I apologize that I don't know the Four Seasons... I thought you were talking about Aerosmith (blush)
Well done on your 20,000 hits.
Sorry, I don't really have a favorite Four Seasons song. I think that I was more interested in the Beatles and the Mersey sound at that time.
Congratulations Gill, that's wonderful. you have a great blog and the variety of topics makes for a fun read. Loved the music links on this one and what a great birthday gift. Sounds like a fantastic time.
thank you for all your lovely comments........you're all the best.
Gill
Congratulations on so many hits so fast. I love reading your blogs, keep'em coming.
Lucky lucky you! I love the Four Seasons and I loved the Tremoloes, too...their sound was so similar...hope I'll get to see a play at least once before the year ends, even a pantomime would cheer me no end!
hugs
Sandi
