Patriots Point Museum is where the destroyer USS Laffey, known as The Ship That Would Not Die, is berthed (is that the right nautical term?), along with aircraft carrier USS Yorktown . Also Treasury class Coast Guard cutter Ingham and the Balao class submarine Clamagore.
We are not big military fans, but thought this might be of interest, however due to one reason or another, we never got to visit the museum. However, when we went on the dinner cruise, we had to board the ship which was moored very close the the museum, and I got to take the following photos, which I think are really neat. As always, click on the photo's for more detail.
